Technical instructions
1. Using e-mail
All you need is a reliable e-mail address. The psychologist will answer your question within the next 48 hours after we have received your payment. Please remember that it is mandatory that you pay upfront, preferably right after you send in your question. Otherwise the psychologist can not answer your question.
2. Regular calls: using a cell phone or a land-line phone
The psychologist calls you at the beginning of your session. You pick it up. It's simple as that. If you life abroad, please remember to begin your phone number by the country code, followed by the area code and your phone number. Please remember that answering your cell phone may have an additional charge in many countries which is not included in our fees. We thus encourage the use of land-line phones whenever possible.
3. Video-conferencing
The program for video-conferencing can be decided by the client. Typical alternatives are: Skype, MSN Messenger, Yahoo, etc. It is advisable that your internet connection is fast, preferably a broadband connection. Please test how to use the video-conferencing program before the counseling session starts to avoid technical complications. If you want to use a video-camera, please let the psychologist know it right at the beginning of your session.
4. Problem situations
Our office contacts you by email in case of a problem. Therapion reserves the right to cancel a session in a problem situation which results a reimbursement. A prepaid counseling session can not be reimbursed if the client cancels it. Please familiarize yourself with the page Fees so that you know the Terms and Conditions concerning our services.
