Email Sessions - Receive your email response within 24 hours.
Private Online Chat - Chat live, one to one.
Phone / Webcam - Book online. Your therapist will contact you at the scheduled time.

2. IT system requirements

You need a personal computer with a broadband Internet connection or a phone to use our services. We recommend Skype or MSN Messenger for chat and video conferencing.

3. Payments

All sessions are paid in advance by debit or credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer. Upon successful completion of your booking, you will be displayed a confirmation page with Payment Options
