Instructions:
*Your counselor will call you. The fee includes the outgoing call from her to you.
You can pay the same fees in another currency if you prefer to.
For example, the fees are 23, 34, and 45 EUR, respectively.
If you pay in British pounds, the fees are 19, 28, and 38 GBP, respectively.
